Julian and Chelsea, the owners of Walnut Bistro and Suites, are delighted to welcome you. Chelsea manages the dining room, while chef Julian concocts delicious dishes in the kitchen. Of Danish and American descent, Julian draws his culinary inspiration from his travels around the world, fusing Mediterranean cuisine with other discovered influences.
