We have created a place where we ourselves would love to stay. Our suites combine modern functionality with comfort, blending Scandinavian minimalism with subtle touches that reflect the building's industrial past. We sincerely hope you enjoy the spaces we have created.

Useful Information

• We love pets, and you are welcome to bring yours. Please note that a surcharge of €50.00 per pet, per stay, applies; a maximum of two pets is allowed per suite.
• All our rooms are strictly non-smoking (including vaping). Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €200 fee being added to your final bill to cover cleaning and the room's unavailability.
• We ask that you respect the neighbors and avoid making excessive noise between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Parties are prohibited.
• Our suites are located on the first floor. Unfortunately, due to the age and layout of the building, there is no level access (there are steps).
• We do not have a 24-hour reception. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please let us know if you plan to arrive outside these hours. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
• We offer a continental breakfast served in your room between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., at a rate of €15 per person. Please let us know before 10:00 p.m. the previous evening if you would like breakfast the following morning.
• The restaurant's opening hours may vary during your stay. You can check them on our website or contact us directly for further information.
